Meltan Consulting consist of a team of highly qualified professionals which include former senior officials of the Economic Development Board (EDB) which is the National Investment Promotion Agency of Mauritius. The company is headed by Jaysen Arunachalam, a former senior official of the EDB, who has been closely involved in the drafting of the laws related to Business Facilitation, Freeport, Occupation Permit, Acquisition of property by foreigners and Real Estate Schemes such as the IHS, RES ,IRS and PDS. During his time at the EDB, Jaysen was involved in the facilitation and successful implementation of several projects in different sectors. Our team of highly dedicated and experienced professionals has extensive knowledge of the legislations, application procedures and policies and is well versed with the public administration services.
