L’Invest Hotel Scheme permet \u00e0 un investisseur non citoyen et \u00e0 des clients individuels de devenir propri\u00e9taire d’unit\u00e9s h\u00f4teli\u00e8res exclusives situ\u00e9es \u00e0 Maurice.<\/span><\/p>\n

Un non-citoyen peut acqu\u00e9rir une chambre (ou une unit\u00e9 h\u00f4teli\u00e8re) dans des h\u00f4tels nouveaux ou existants approuv\u00e9s dans le cadre de l’IHS. Le propri\u00e9taire b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie ainsi d’un acc\u00e8s privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 \u00e0 toutes les installations d’un ou de plusieurs h\u00f4tels de vill\u00e9giature de luxe meubl\u00e9s de fa\u00e7on exquise et dot\u00e9s d’\u00e9quipements tels que des services de restauration, des spas et des centres de remise en forme enti\u00e8rement \u00e9quip\u00e9s, des piscines de style resort.<\/span><\/p>\n

Le propri\u00e9taire de l’unit\u00e9 ou toute personne en son nom peut utiliser cette unit\u00e9 pour un total de 45 jours sur une p\u00e9riode de 12 mois et peut \u00e9galement tirer un revenu gr\u00e2ce au mod\u00e8le de location.<\/span><\/p>\n

Si l’unit\u00e9\/chambre est acquise pour un montant minimum de 375 000 USD, le propri\u00e9taire pourra b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d’un permis de s\u00e9jour.<\/span><\/p>\n
