Projet immobilier Real Estate Scheme (RES)<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n

Les projets RES proposent diff\u00e9rents types de r\u00e9sidences (villas, penthouses, duplex, appartements) situ\u00e9s dans des programmes r\u00e9sidentiels exclusifs, bien que plus petits.<\/span><\/p>\n

Un non citoyen peut acqu\u00e9rir une propri\u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9sidentielle dans les projets RES existants et sera \u00e9ligible pour un permis de r\u00e9sidence pour lui-m\u00eame et ses d\u00e9pendants s’il a investi un montant minimum de 375 000 USD pour acqu\u00e9rir la propri\u00e9t\u00e9. Les propri\u00e9taires peuvent louer le bien, devenir r\u00e9sidents fiscaux \u00e0 l’\u00eele Maurice et ne subir aucune restriction quant au rapatriement des fonds ou des revenus tir\u00e9s de la vente ou de la location du bien<\/span><\/p>\n

Les non-ressortissants qui ont un permis de r\u00e9sidence dans le cadre du RES seront exempt\u00e9s d’un permis d’occupation ou de travail pour investir et travailler \u00e0 Maurice.<\/span><\/p>\n
