d\u00e9signe l&#8217;acquisition ou la d\u00e9tention d&#8217;un bien immobilier par des non-ressortissants pour<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">(a) le d\u00e9veloppement d&#8217;un b\u00e2timent \u00e0 usage commercial \u00e0 forte activit\u00e9, y compris, mais sans s&#8217;y limiter, un centre commercial, un immeuble de bureaux ou un entrep\u00f4t, pour un usage personnel, la vente, la location ou le bail ;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">(b) le d\u00e9veloppement de propri\u00e9t\u00e9s r\u00e9sidentielles d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es dans le cadre du Property Development Scheme et du Smart City Scheme ; et<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">(c) toute autre activit\u00e9 exerc\u00e9e \u00e0 des fins profitable, \u00e0 l&#8217;exclusion de<\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">l&#8217;acquisition en vue de la revente, de la location ou du cr\u00e9dit-bail de tout terrain nu ou viabilis\u00e9 ; ou<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">l&#8217;acquisition de biens immobiliers destin\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s comme appartements, penthouses, villas, appartements, tenements ou biens similaires destin\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s ou disponibles pour \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s comme r\u00e9sidence, sauf s&#8217;ils sont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s dans le cadre du Property Development Scheme, Smart City Scheme ou Invest Hotel Scheme.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Un non citoyen peut \u00e9galement demander une autorisation pour acqu\u00e9rir une maison d&#8217;h\u00f4tes, une r\u00e9sidence touristique, un h\u00f4tel ou un restaurant, mais des conditions s&#8217;appliquent.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row full_width=&#8221;stretch_row_content&#8221;
