R\u00e9sidence permanente de 20 ans<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n

Le titulaire d’un permis d’occupation ou d’un permis de r\u00e9sidence en tant que non-citoyen retrait\u00e9 peut demander un permis de r\u00e9sidence permanente de 20 ans si les conditions sp\u00e9cifiques suivantes sont remplies :<\/span><\/p>\n

Investisseur : \u00catre titulaire d’un OP depuis au moins 3 ans, avec : – un revenu brut annuel minimum d’au moins 15 MUR pendant les 3 ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant la demande. ou – un chiffre d’affaires global de 45 MUR pendant toute p\u00e9riode cons\u00e9cutive de 3 ans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant la demande.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Professionnel : titulaire d’un OP depuis au moins 3 ans, avec un salaire mensuel de base d’au moins 150 000 MUR pendant les 3 ann\u00e9es cons\u00e9cutives pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant imm\u00e9diatement la demande de permis de s\u00e9jour permanent.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      1. Travailleur ind\u00e9pendant : Titulaire d’un PO depuis au moins trois ans, avec un revenu commercial annuel d’au moins MUR 3 millions pendant les trois ann\u00e9es cons\u00e9cutives pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant imm\u00e9diatement la demande de permis de s\u00e9jour permanent.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
